Terms of Service (“Terms”) Agreement

Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”) carefully before using the successforkidswithhearingloss.com or teachertoolstakeout.com websites (the “Service”) operated by Supporting Success for Children with Hearing Loss Inc (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who wish to access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you do not have permission to access the Service.

Limited License for Webcast Viewing

By purchasing a course from www.supportingsuccesscourses.com you are accepting the terms of a single license by a single individual. Sharing courses with any person or persons who have not paid for a login to view the course is a violation of this license agreement and unlawful as theft. Altering the conditions to exceed your specified number of views or time period to view is also a violation of the licensing agreement to which you agreed by purchasing the webcast.

Limited License for Teacher Tools Takeout Subscriptions

By purchasing a membership at teachertoolstakeout.com you are accepting the terms of a single license to be accessed by one or more individuals as identified by the purchaser, without need to identify those individuals to Teacher Tools Takeout administration. Use of the materials is for the sole purpose of supporting students. Materials remain within the Takeout account in which the subscription has been set up, even if the subscription period expires without renewal. It is unlawful to post materials on a website or to distribute them beyond your access group, such as at a conference.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of  Supporting Success for Children with Hearing Loss Inc and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of  Supporting Success for Children with Hearing Loss Inc.

Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Service.
